Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of the FTI GROUP, Ralph Schiller directs the strategic focus and the corporate development of the entire group of companies. In addition, the divisions of Transformation, Communication, Governance & Compliance and Sustainability report directly to him. Before joining the FTI GROUP, he was most recently responsible for the Marketing and Sales divisions of the REWE Group and previously held the position of Managing Director of Reiseland GmbH & Co. KG.
Ralph Schiller also represents the FTI GROUP as a registered Managing Director.
Chief Financial Officer
With Lars Creutzmann as CFO, the Group is restructuring its finance organization. He was previously Group CFO and Managing Director at the Europcar Mobility Group in Hamburg, where he was responsible for and managed the finance transformation, the integration of the Buchbinder Group as well as performance and optimization programs.
Lars Creutzmann also represents the FTI GROUP as a registered Managing Director.
Chief Executive Officer Tour Operating
Casper Urhammer leads the tour operator business of the group as CEO Tour Operating. This includes end to end ownership of all Distribution, Marketing, Operation and Product activities, as well as Finance, IT and HR. Urhammer joined the FTI GROUP in March 2022 and was previously Group CEO at DK Travel Holding in Zurich, Group CEO at Contiki Holidays as well as Managing Director at Groupon in London and Sydney.
Chief Product Officer Short- & Mid-Haul
Under Casper Urhammer, Jan Mayer is responsible for the short- and medium-haul segment in the Tour Operating Business Unit. The expert has more than 20 years of experience in Finance & revenue management with airlines, tour operators and in hotel management. Before joining the FTI GROUP 2023, he was Chief Finance Officer at Flemings Hotels. He has also worked for Thomas Cook, Condor, airberlin and Roland Berger.
Chief Executive Officer Hotels
The hotel segment of the FTI GROUP is managed by CEO Hotels Sabine Dorn-Aglagul. The portfolio includes around 60 hotels with six brands, first and foremost LABRANDA Hotels & Resorts, in a total of eight countries. Dorn-Aglagul was most recently Senior Vice President Operations Northern Europe at Accor after taking over as President Europe at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts in September 2018.
Chief Executive Officer DMCs
Mario Habig is responsible for Destination Management and is thus in charge of the group's own agencies with around 40 representatives in 17 countries in the FTI GROUP. Prior to joining the FTI GROUP, Habig was entrusted with various areas of the DMC division at the TUI Group as well as corresponding responsibility within the framework of the group strategy.
Chief Information Officer
Karl Markgraf has been responsible for the digital worlds of the FTI GROUP as CIO since July 2022. The business administration graduate most recently worked at the software company TeamViewer in Göppingen. There, as CIO and COO, he managed the IT landscape, IT security, digitalization, eCommerce and procurement processes, quality management as well as the global technical support. Prior to that, he spent twenty years with the EON Group in various management positions, most recently as Managing Director of the Group's global IT and Shared Service Organisation.
Chief Talent & Culture Officer
As CTCO, a position that was newly created in May 2022, Maria Escobar manages Talents & Culture across the whole group. Previously, she was Global Head of Talent & Culture and Interim Head of HR where she was responsible for the international staff of the Tour Operator segment. Before joining the company in 2021, the psychologist and HR professional worked, among others, for Emirates and Coca-Cola.
Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer
James has been with the FTI Group since April 2021, and as Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer he is accountable for planning, delivering and monitoring the Group-wide Transformation of FTI Group, as well as all Strategic and M&A related projects. Prior to joining the Group, James was Head of Strategy & Corporate Finance with Mövenpick Hotels, where he led the successful Transformation and sale. Before this, James spent 10 years working in both Corporate Finance and Equity Markets in London and Frankfurt.
Chairman
Wolfgang Altmüller has been Managing Director of the RT/Raiffeisen Touristik Group since 2002. The group includes, among others, the travel agency cooperation RTK as the largest German travel distributor with over 3,500 independent partners. In addition, Altmüller is Chairman of the Board of VR meine Volksbank Raiffeisenbank eG, based in Rosenheim. Previously, the business economist from Altötting held executive positions at VR meine Raiffeisenbank eG and worked as association auditor at the cooperative union Genossenschaftsverband Bayern e.V..
Member of the Board
Dr Florian Amereller is a lawyer and entrepreneur with investments in the tourism sector. He is the founder of an international law firm of 80 lawyers with offices in nine countries in the Middle East. He has provided legal services to some of the major tourism and real estate projects in the region, representing leading international investors and tourism companies. Futhermore, he is a member of the board of the Arab-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Ghorfa).

Katrin Kretschmer has been with the FTI GROUP since 2010 and initially started her career within the group as sonnenklar.TV editor before moving to KAIRABA Lounge GmbH as event manager in 2018. 2022 she moved to Talents & Culture where she has been appointed Group Engagement Manager, focusing on continuously improving the employee experience, including culture and values.
Since 2017, she has also been on the board of the employee trust Teamforum.
