3-fold travel protection until October 31, 2022

With the FLEXPLUS rate, the Corona Travel Promise and the Corona Travel Protection, guests of the tour operator are safe all the way.

FTI FLEXPLUS rate, Corona Travel Promise and Corona Travel Protection: With immediate effect, the travel periods for three security packages at FTI Touristik will be adjusted up to October 31, 2023. Thus, vacationers are optimally protected when booking, shortly before the start of their trip and during their trip. "With our triple advantage for travel until October 2023, we are making the vacation booking of an FTI trip completely carefree as well as clear and concise," says FTI Group CEO Ralph Schiller in this regard.

When booking: FLEXPLUSrate
With the addition of the FLEXPLUS rate from 45 euros per booking, guests can rebook or cancel their trip until shortly before departure. Specifically, a free rebooking or cancellation (minus the FLEXPLUS fare) is then possible up to 15 days before the start of the vacation. Part of the tariff is also a money-back guarantee: Within 14 days the amount goes back to the customer.
The tariff can be booked until October 31, 2023.

Before the start of the trip: Corona Travel Protection
For a small surcharge of 9.90 euros per person, travelers benefit from reimbursement of cancellation costs in the event of a positive PCR test from 72 hours before the start of the vacation - up to a maximum of 1,500 euros per person. If, on the other hand, the vacation can start as planned, the insurance package offers travel medical advice, information and assistance in any case of illness during the vacation, as well as accident insurance with accident coverage up to 25,000 euros in the destination area.
The Corona ReiseSchutz is available for all trips booked until October 31, 2022 for the travel period from now until October 31, 2023.

During the trip: Corona Travel Promise
With the Corona Travel Promise, vacationers are covered free of charge during their trip in the event of a positive Covid19 test, a quarantine in the destination area imposed as a result, or refusal upon entry or repatriation. In detail, the promise includes a 24/7 emergency hotline for all customers, the reimbursement of accommodation costs including meals in the quarantine hotel for up to 14 days, and the assumption of costs for rebooking the return flight (up to a maximum of 500 euros per person and 3,500 euros per booking).  
FTI and - as of October 28, 2021 - also BigXtra include the Corona Travel Promise free of charge for all bookings with a travel period from now until October 31, 2022.
