Our Meeting Point Hotels

The brands are to be understood under the hotel umbrella brand Meeting Point (MP) Hotels LABRANDA Hotels & Resorts, Design Plus Hotels, Kairaba Hotels & Resorts, Club Sei und Lemon & Soul.

 

Due to the complexity of the COVID-19 virus, it is imperative to follow local government orders and those of our guests' home country to contain the virus. Our MP Hotels take on this task responsibly and present a corresponding hygiene concept that combines and takes into account all these factors.

 

The comprehensive action plan CLEAN 2.0 was developed together with Ecolab, an internationally renowned company specializing in services in the field of industrial cleaning and hygiene, and Cristal International Standards, a leading hygiene and safety consulting company. Our MP Hotels offer you protection, relaxation and attractive service with a good price-performance ratio.

Hygiene - six points concept of our MP Hotels


The six point concept of our MP Hotels extends with its elaborated hygiene measures in addition to many other areas to the areas that are particularly relevant for you as our guest:

1. General

  • Our hotel staff wears masks and gloves, if needed.
     
  • All employees are trained to behave in compliance with hygiene standards and ensure that the minimum distances from guests and staff are observed at all times.
     
  • Disinfectant dispensers are available at the front desk, at the entrance to restaurants and bars and at the elevator entrance on every floor.
     
  • Buses and transfer vehicles are regularly disinfected and are equipped with masks and hand disinfectants.

2. Reception

  • The reception is disinfected several times a day, and masks, gloves and disinfectants are also available for guests (only while stocks last).
     
  • The hotel staff ensures that a safety distance of 1.5 meters is maintained between guests during check-in.
     
  • Room key cards or key cards for the hotel rooms are disinfected before being issued to the guests.

3. Rooms

  • In addition to the already existing strict cleaning requirements, special cleaning instructions are applied for the daily cleaning of the rooms.

  • All remote controls, telephones as well as all door handles are disinfected daily.

4. Gastronomy

  • Tables are arranged at a sufficient distance of at least 1.5 meters.
     
  • With the help of a reservation system, the number of guests in the restaurants and bars is limited in order to maintain the necessary minimum distance.
     
  • The seats are completely cleaned and disinfected after each guest.
     
  • The entertainment is organized and organized in accordance with the instructions of the local authorities.

5. Wellness areas

  • Loungers are set up at the appropriate minimum distance.
     
  • The chlorine content of pools is measured and documented several times a day.
     
  • The opening of the spa areas takes place in close and daily coordination with the local authorities.
     
  • Cleaning and disinfection for spa treatments after each guest.

6. Leisure areas

  • The leisure areas (e.g. beach volleyball) are offered in close and daily coordination with the local authorities.

 

Despite this new and unusual situation, we do our best in each of our hotels to create a relaxing and all-round successful holiday experience - with as few restrictions as possible.
