The FTI GROUP welcomed its new cohort of apprentices on 1 September 2023. The apprentices will start their careers at the company, which operates in the areas of tourism, hotel management and flight services. The junior staff will be deployed in various departments such as sales, marketing, product management, travel management or IT and will receive comprehensive and practical training. As a matter of principle, the FTI GROUP attaches great importance to the promotion of young talent. Apprentices, trainees and volunteers are offered a wide range of development opportunities and perspectives. In addition to getting to know and immersing themselves in various tourism areas and specialist departments, stays abroad are also on the agenda.
