    Part of the FTI GROUP, the orange brand FTI Touristik offers holidays in over 120 countries. Offers include hotel-only deals, beach holidays, individual trips, cruises, city breaks and long-distance trips – both package and building block deals. Across Germany, the tour operator sells its extensive product portfolio through more than 10,000 partner agencies as well as through the leading online portals.

  • FTI Touristik (Austria)

    With its branch office in Linz, Austria, founded in the year 1995, the orange brand FTI Touristik GmbH is also in the Alpine Republic active as a tour operators. Portfolio wise, FTI Touristik Austria sells the entire FTI range of package tours and building block tours including all offers of the FTI rental car broker Drive FTI.

  • FTI Touristik (Switzerland)

    FTI Touristik AG was founded under the name CA Fernreisen and is a well-known tourism company in Switzerland. Holiday guests can choose from classic beach holiday destinations as well as long-haul destinations from the tour operator brands FTI Touristik and 5vorFlug, but also products from the rental car broker Drive FTI. The company is located in Allschwil near Basel.

  • FTI Voyages (France)

    After being taken over by Starter, the company was renamed to FTI Voyages. Formerly active only in Alsace, the tour operator now operates throughout France. With more than 40 years of expertise in the French tourism market, the company offers worldwide travel with departures from all over France. In addition to numerous accommodations and round trips, FTI offers the best scheduled and low-cost flights available on the market.

  • FTI Reizen (Netherlands)

    The FTI GROUP has been active in the German-Dutch border region for approximately 15 years, has been bookable nationwide in the Netherlands since the beginning of 2016 and maintains its own service center in Hoofddorp near Amsterdam. The orange brand FTI Reizen offers its Dutch customers a selection from its German portfolio as well as additional products and brands especially adapted to the Dutch market.

    5vorFlug covers the last-minute travel segment within the FTI GROUP and is a well-known last-minute tour operator in the German-speaking market. The focus of its the worldwide travel range is on bookings made up to 42 days before departure. Thanks to its modern cash & carry concept, the tour operator offers the best time-to-market services and is therefore always attractively priced.

    BigXtra is the specialist tour operator of the FTI GROUP in the German-speaking market and focuses on special offers. The distribution takes place via sonnenklar.TV, strong retail partners such as Lidl and Tchibo as well as travel agencies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and the Netherlands. BigXtra offers mainly longer trips during the low season as well as added-value products.

    The FTI Ticketshop Group is an umbrella brand of the FTI consolidator for scheduled flight tickets worldwide. The wholesalers enable travel agencies to issue, process and bill for flight tickets quickly and easily 365 days a year and is available for questions on all flight issues and for booking support. There are independent branches in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France and Belgium.

    With over 200,000 vehicles per year, the rental car provider is part of the FTI GROUP. The benefits to customers include not being charged an excess in the event of damage, the day's best prices thanks to the Perfect Price System as well as a transparent selection tool with selection options and comprehensive information such as station lists or one-way charges.

    Touristik Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH, founded in 1996, comprises the flight comparison franchise Flugbörse as well as travel agencies 5vorFlug and sonnenklar.TV travel agency. TVG is currently represented in Germany with around 240 agencies in the franchise. The Munich-based company is owned equally by the FTI GROUP and Raiffeisen Vertriebs GmbH.

  • FTI B2B-Distribution

    FTI distributes its products via the approximately 10,000 bricks-and-mortar travel agencies as well as the most important OTAs. To support the travel experts at the counter, FTI has set up a separate service site for all registered sales partners with up-to-date information, news and promotions.

    FTIAS Limited, based in Malta, has been providing a wide range of back office services to the FTI GROUP since 1990, including accounts-payable accounting through supplier invoice processing, supplier relationship management and account management. FTIAS also offers accounting and reporting services as well as accountancy technology and training for all FTI subsidiaries and third parties.

  • Service centres

    The FTI GROUP has seven service centres offering 24/7 telephone support to end customers. The largest service centre is erf24 in Erfurt, which offers its services to the FTI GROUP, but also to external partners. Further service centres are located in Munich, Linz, Basel, Amsterdam, Pristina and Marrakech. The range of tourist services covers everything from advice and booking.

    In Hurghada, Egypt, the FTI GROUP has built up an independent company which, by taking over and supporting both sub-processes and entire process chains, is systematically taking the strain off the central departments, divisions and companies of the FTI GROUP worldwide. In addition, a 24/7 model actively supports time-critical processes with regard to the time-to-market goals of the FTI GROUP.

  • IT-Structure

    ANIXE is a leading provider in the digital travel sector, focused on providing advanced technological distribution solutions for the travel industry. Based in Poland and Greece, the provider develops SaaS products for airlines, tour operators, OTAs and travel agencies, both for the FTI GROUP and third-parties. Additional services include post-sales customer support and proactive commercial and technical consulting.

  • Logo Youtravel is a B2B accommodation provider in Europe offering travel agencies and tour operators exclusive access to first-class hotels and resorts around the world. Accommodation ranges from budget hotels to upscale mid-range resorts and luxury hotels. Part of the FTI GROUP, currently has a portfolio of around 27,000 hotels worldwide.

  • Meeting Point Global

    Meeting Point International's subsidiary was founded in December 2016. It complements the classic DMC business and provides access to bed banks worldwide. The network in the service portfolio ranges from direct touchpoints at hotels, channel managers and extranets to collaboration with bed banks and other third-party providers.
