Flexibility due to an extended mobile working policy

FTI GROUP creates a modern, contemporary and individually adjustable working environment

Holidays are the daily business of the tour operator. But it's no longer just a theoretical matter, the employees of the FTI GROUP are also moving physically closer to the most beautiful destinations on the continent. Europe's third-largest tour operator has expanded its mobile working policy and makes it possible to work where others go on holiday. Out of a total of 120 days a year for mobile work, up to 50 days a year can be spent abroad in the EU.

"We trust our staff completely. Performance control through office presence is a working model that is completely out of date - instead, we rely on results-oriented leadership. When and where our employees call on their best performance is up to them in the mix of office, mobile working and flextime," emphasises Ralph Schiller, CEO of the FTI GROUP.
