Questions about booked travel services

No, FTI Touristik AG will cancel all travel arrangements for all departures from 21 June 2024 free of charge.

Bookings made by agencies that have already made a full or partial payment for a package based on GDS or low-cost flights will not be cancelled.

Issued PNRs relating to packages purchased by agencies that have paid a deposit or the full price (unless the travel agency has requested cancellation of the package free of charge) will be retained. The agencies concerned will be contacted directly by FTI.

It is not possible to only pay for the flight part of a booking.

FTI Touristik AG will therefore not cancel tickets issued and paid for to FTI Touristik AG (unless the agencies concerned have requested that). However, FTI Touristik AG cannot guarantee that the PNRs transferred will be maintained over time, as this depends primarily on the airline concerned and/or possible decisions by the insolvency administrator, who may have to be involved.

(Note: A package holiday is a combination of hotel accommodation and flight, with any additional services booked).
