New headquarters in Hurghada

In mid-February, the FTI GROUP opened an international office on the Red Sea...

Around 500 employees from the tourism and IT sectors of Meeting Point Egypt, Meeting Point Hotels and RedSea24 have been contributing their expertise under a new roof since 22 February 2023. The modern office now serves as the Egyptian headquarters. RedSea24 takes over the support of various business processes for the entire group. Among other things, the Shared Service Centre supports the product management in the area of hotel contract data management, special offers or yield management. In addition, the colleagues work with Flight Support and other service areas. Furthermore, RedSea24 employs specialists who support the IT landscape of the FTI GROUP worldwide.
"The new building is exactly what we were looking for in terms of technical equipment and spacious offices. Due to its central location in Hurghada and the resulting shorter distances, the new Egypt headquarters is also extremely attractive for employees in terms of amenities, as it is a former hotel. In this respect, we are investing in qualified jobs and competitive quality products and thus in the future of the region, the country and the people", summarises Casper Urhammer, CEO Tour Operating.

The office building was ceremoniously inaugurated by Casper Urhammer, Karl Markgraf (CIO of the FTI GROUP) and Emad Fayed (CEO RedSea24) with about 300 invited guests. The traditional opening ribbon was cut by the envoy of the Governor of the Red Sea, Ahmed Abdel Aziz.
